Details

The Gujarat State Electric Vehicle Policy 2021 aims to provide benefits to electric vehicle (EV) buyers in the state. The incentives for all types of electric vehicles are based on the battery capacity measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh). The subsidy thresholds for each vehicle segment align with the Government of India’s FAME II scheme dated March 8, 2019, and any subsequent amendments. The maximum subsidies available are Rs. 20,000 for two-wheelers, Rs. 50,000 for three-wheelers, and Rs. 1,50,000 for four-wheelers.
