The Goat Rearing Scheme is an assistance program aimed at setting up goat units consisting of 10 goats and 1 male goat for tribal women beneficiaries under the Scheduled Tribe sub-plan of the state. The scheme provides financial assistance of Rs. 45,000, which is directly transferred to the beneficiary's bank account through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system for the purchase of the goat unit.

- Farmers from forest areas
- Halpati women
- Handicapped (disabled) women
