The “Generator Subsidy” scheme provides a 25% subsidy or maximum ₹1,50,000/- on the cost of generator sets up to 125 KVA capacity for manufacturers in Tamil Nadu. The subsidy must be claimed within six months from the date of purchase or installation of the generator.
