The maximum loan amount is Rs. 8 crore for Hindu Undivided Families (HUF) and proprietorships, and Rs. 20 crore for companies and cooperative societies with a net worth not exceeding Rs. 30 crore. The repayment period can extend up to 10 years, including a moratorium period of 6 to 18 months, depending on the project's cash generation.

- Acquire a piece of land from RIICO or another concerned agency. If the land is agricultural, obtain a conversion order for industrial purposes from the competent authority.
