Details

The General Term Loan scheme provides financial assistance to new and existing Micro and Small Scale Enterprises, including service industries, for various purposes such as purchasing land, constructing buildings, and acquiring necessary plant and machinery, furniture, fixtures, and other fixed assets. The maximum loan amount is Rs. 8 crore for Hindu Undivided Families (HUF) and proprietorships, and Rs. 20 crore for companies and cooperative societies with a net worth not exceeding Rs. 30 crore. The repayment period can extend up to 10 years, including a moratorium period of 6 to 18 months, depending on the project's cash generation.

Eligibility

Industrial units proposed to be set up in industrial areas or converted land in Rajasthan, defined as eligible under the SFCs Act.

Application Process

Online

  1. Constitute the firm/company and register it with the concerned authority.
  2. Identify/Select the project.
  3. Acquire a piece of land from RIICO or another concerned agency. If the land is agricultural, obtain a conversion order for industrial purposes from the competent authority.
  4. Prepare a project report.
  5. File the application for the loan in the prescribed format along with the requisite fee and required documents. The application form can be obtained from Branch offices throughout Rajasthan, the Head Office in Jaipur, or the Public Relation Office in Bikaner House, Delhi.
  6. Attend the PC&CC/IPC meeting upon receiving information from the Corporation.
