The Free Travel Facility for the Mentally Challenged provides free travel services in ordinary, express, and night services for individuals with mental disabilities, accompanied by a helper. This scheme is continuously available and is managed by the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC).

Eligibility
Applicants must provide proof of residency in Rajasthan, a certificate indicating they are not an income taxpayer, and a disability certificate issued by a qualified medical professional indicating at least 40% disability. An RFID card issued by the corporation is also required.
