Details

Under this scheme, tribal persons suffering from fatal diseases are provided financial assistance on a monthly basis until the disease is cured. The gross family income of the beneficiary must not exceed Rs. 600,000.

Eligibility

Tribal persons with a gross family income not exceeding Rs. 600,000. All families are eligible to apply.

Application Process

Online

  1. Gather required documents: Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book/Cancelled Cheque, Caste Certificate, Certificate by Civil Surgeon, Income Certificate, Passport Size Photos, Ration Card, True Copy of Electricity Bill, True Copy of House Tax Bill.
  2. Submit the application form to the Chief District Health Officer.
