Details
Under this scheme, tribal persons suffering from fatal diseases are provided financial assistance on a monthly basis until the disease is cured. The gross family income of the beneficiary must not exceed Rs. 600,000.

Eligibility
Tribal persons with a gross family income not exceeding Rs. 600,000. All families are eligible to apply.
Application Process
Online
- Gather required documents: Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book/Cancelled Cheque, Caste Certificate, Certificate by Civil Surgeon, Income Certificate, Passport Size Photos, Ration Card, True Copy of Electricity Bill, True Copy of House Tax Bill.
- Submit the application form to the Chief District Health Officer.
