Details
The Foreign Study Loan Scheme, also known as the Videsh Vidhya Loan Scheme, provides financial assistance to unreserved category students for pursuing higher education abroad. Students can avail loans up to Rs. 15.00 lakh at a simple interest rate of 4 percent per annum. This scheme aims to support students in obtaining education for a duration of one year or more, or for at least two semesters.

Eligibility
Any unreserved category student who has passed HSC can apply. There are no specific income limits for individuals or families, but the scheme is applicable to all students across the state.

Required documents include Aadhar Card, Bank Pass Book/Cancelled Cheque, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, Mark sheet, Passport Size Photos, Ration Card, Receipt of fee paid, School Leaving Certificate, and a Self Attested Copy of Passport.
