Details
The Finishing School Initiative was launched by the Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat (KCG), Education Department, Government of Gujarat in the year 2016-17. This initiative aims to develop skills, employment, and good personality among the people of the nation, recognizing education as a decisive factor in achieving these goals. The program provides final year college students with a total of 80 hours of skill enhancement training, focusing on life skills, employability skills, and functional as well as spoken English. Currently, two agencies have been selected by KCG to conduct this training, which is imparted to students of state colleges by trainers from these agencies.

Eligibility
Open to all final year college students across the state, regardless of gender, profession, or income level.
