This scheme provides financial assistance to mountaineers who have successfully scaled Mount Everest and other inaccessible mountains. The maximum assistance available is Rs. 15 lakhs for those who have scaled Mount Everest. For other mountains, the financial assistance ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 10 lakhs, depending on the height of the mountain scaled.
