Details
This scheme provides financial assistance for the purchase of electric scooters for physically disabled individuals. After the assistance is sanctioned, beneficiaries can buy an electric scooter from an approved agency using their own funds. The assistance amount of Rs. 25,000 will be directly deposited into the beneficiary's bank account.

Eligibility
This scheme is applicable to individuals who are physically disabled (with a disability of more than 40%). The scheme is open to all genders and is targeted towards individuals from Below Poverty Line (BPL) households.
Application Process

- Download the application form in English or Gujarati.
- Submit the completed application form along with required attachments:
- Aadhar Card
- Bank Pass Book/Cancelled Cheque
- Birth Certificate
- Election Card of Deceased (Attested Copy)
- PH Certificate from Civil Surgeon
- Swarna Jayanti Card
- Assistance will be sanctioned and deposited into your bank account.
