The scheme is managed by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department of Gujarat. Eligibility

  1. The student must belong to a minority community.
  2. Admission in a recognized university/college is required.
  3. Submission of admission letter and fee receipts is mandatory.
  4. For studies abroad, passport, visa, and air ticket copies must be provided.
  5. Age limit: 16 to 32 years on the date of application.
  6. Annual family income limit: Rs. 98,000 for rural and Rs. 1,20,000 for urban areas.
