The scheme aims to provide free cycles to students from the Vimukt and Ghumantu communities studying in classes 6 to 11 in government and private educational institutions. The eligible students belong to 32 specified castes, including 9 Vimukt castes, 10 Ghumantu castes, and 13 Ardh Ghumantu castes. The distribution will be based on merit, with a focus on students achieving 60% or more marks in their respective classes. Students who have previously benefited from this scheme or are receiving transport vouchers will not be eligible for the cycle distribution.

Eligibility
- Students from the 32 specified castes (9 Vimukt, 10 Ghumantu, and 13 Ardh Ghumantu).
- Students studying in classes 6 to 11 in government and private institutions (50% boys and 50% girls).
- Students must have scored 60% or more in their respective classes.
- Students who have previously received a cycle under this scheme are not eligible.
Exclusions
Students who have previously benefited from this scheme or are receiving transport vouchers are not eligible.
