Launched on 24th December 2013, the scheme "Construction of Warehouse for Grain Storage" by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh aims to provide modern and scientific food grain storage facilities under Food Security Act 13 to interested applicants in rural areas. The application has to be made to the concerned Gram Panchayat. After depositing the prescribed fee in the Gram Panchayat, permission for the construction work will be issued by the Gram Panchayat. The application can be made online.

Eligibility

Offline

Step 2: Under "Online Services" click "Building Construction Permission Application".
Step 3: In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size.
Step 4: Carefully review all the information provided. Make any necessary corrections. Click "Submit Application". Note the Application Number for future reference.

Post-Application Processes
Step 1: If the application registered by the Gram Panchayat is found correct, a notice will be issued to the applicant for depositing the building permission fee.
Step 2: As per the rules, the prescribed fee will have to be deposited in the Gram Panchayat before the due date.
Step 3: After depositing the prescribed fee in the Gram Panchayat, permission for the construction work will be issued by the Gram Panchayat.
