Online
Step 1: Access the Directorate of Investment and Development of Skill Portal
Visit the official portal of the Directorate of Investment and Development of Skills (DIDS). Navigate to the CM's Jibon Anuprerana Scheme section.
Step 2: Submit Application Online
Fill in all required personal details including name, contact details, and identity proof information. Enter institution details and enrollment number. Upload proof of PhD admission. Submit self-declaration and exclusion compliance documents. Upload all required supporting documents in the specified format.
Step 3: Institutional Verification
The concerned institution's designated verifier (Registrar, Principal, or Vice Chancellor) will access the Visit the official portal of the Directorate of Investment and Development of Skills (DIDS). Institution will verify applicant information including name, proof of identity, contact details, institution details, enrollment number, proof of PhD admission, and self-declaration compliance. Institution will mark verification status as either Accept (verified and eligible) or Reject (ineligible or non-compliant) with specific remarks. Institution will forward verified applications to Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training within 7 working days.
Step 4: Scrutiny by Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training
Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training will conduct scrutiny of verified applications. Bulk forwarding of eligible applications for final processing.
Step 5: Preparation of Final Beneficiary List
Final list of eligible beneficiaries will be prepared after complete scrutiny.
Step 6: Direct Benefit Transfer Disbursement
Eligible scholars will receive financial assistance through Direct Benefit Transfer to their bank accounts.
