The Chief Minister Specially Abled Samman Pension Scheme provides financial assistance to specially abled individuals in Rajasthan. Eligible applicants include those with disabilities such as blindness, low vision, locomotor disability, leprosy cured, hearing impairment, mental retardation, or mental illness, with a disability of 40% or more. Additionally, individuals who are naturally dwarfed (with a height of less than 3 feet 6 inches for adults) or who are naturally transgender are also eligible. Applicants must be residents of Rajasthan and have a combined annual income of up to ₹60,000 from all sources.
