Details

The Cattle Development Centre (CDC) scheme operates 15 centres, with 12 located in District Banswara and 3 in District Dungarpur. Each CDC covers areas within a 10 km radius and serves 15 to 20 villages. The centres provide doorstep Artificial Insemination (AI) services for cows and buffaloes. The scheme also includes goat distribution to poor families, along with deworming, vaccination, and feed distribution for pregnant animals and heifers. Improved Sirohi breed bucks are distributed, and all services are provided free of charge to customers.
