The scheme "Award Winning Tiatr Festival" was launched by the Tiatr Academy under the Art, Culture and Museums Department, Government of Goa. The scheme aims to popularize award winning tiatrs by organizing an annual festival comprising of tiatrs which have won 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in various competitions, and will be organized in various Talukas of Goa with venues decided by Tiatr Academy of Goa. The scheme provides financial remuneration to directors/producers for staging their award-winning tiatrs and covers payment to service providers for arranging stage, lights, sound etc. when no furnished auditorium is available. The applicant must be a director/producer of a tiatr that has won 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in specified competitions and must submit self-attested copies of Aadhaar and Permanent Account Number Card along with the application. The scheme is implemented by Tiatr Academy of Goa. The applications for this scheme are accepted offline.

Financial Remuneration for Tiatr Performance
- Tiatr Academy of Goa Popular Tiatr winners: ₹40,000/- for each tiatr.
- Kala Academy Group 'A' winners: ₹35,000/- for each tiatr.
- Kala Academy Group 'B' winners: ₹30,000/- for each tiatr.
- Tiatr Academy of Goa Children Tiatr winners: ₹25,000/- for each tiatr.
Infrastructure Support
- Payment to service providers for arranging stage, lights, sound etc. at rates fixed by Tiatr Academy of Goa (applicable when no furnished auditorium is available).

- Opportunity to showcase award-winning tiatrs in various Talukas of Goa.
- Venues for the festival will be decided by Tiatr Academy of Goa.
Eligibility
- The applicant must be the director/producer of a tiatr that has won 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in any of the following competitions:
- The applicant must be the director/producer of a tiatr that won 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize in Tiatr Academy of Goa Popular Tiatr Competition.
- The applicant must be the director/producer of a tiatr that won 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize in Kala Academy Group 'A' tiatr Competition.
- The applicant must be the director/producer of a tiatr that won 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize in Kala Academy Group 'B' tiatr Competition.
- The applicant must be the director/producer of a tiatr that won 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize in Tiatr Academy of Goa Children's Tiatr Competition.
Post-Selection Conditions
- Presentation of tiatr including kantaram should be done exactly the way it was presented in the respective competitions.
- The tiatr should be shown without charging tickets.
- Non-adherence to performance norms may result in withholding the payments.
- Tiatr Academy of Goa may depute an observer to verify whether the performance is as per the norms.
Application Process
Offline
Step 1: The interested applicant should take a printout of the prescribed format of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required). Sign the application form and mention the date.
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to -
