The scheme "Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojna (ANPPY)", implemented by the Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary & Dairy Development, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, aims to enhance rural livelihoods, promote sustainable animal husbandry practices, and contribute to self-reliance in the livestock sector. Eligibility

The following beneficiaries are eligible under this scheme:

  • Arunachal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ArSRLM) promoted Self-Help Groups (SHGs), individuals, Farmers' Clubs, Registered Cooperative Societies, and Dairy Cooperative Societies (DCS) will be eligible.
  • Individuals should belong to the Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) category and be unemployed.

Interested and eligible students need to apply online on the Atma Nirbhar Yojana portal.

  1. Select the "Login" option. 1. Subsequently, click on the "Register Here" link. 1. Complete the registration form with the requisite details, including your name, Aadhaar card number, email ID, and mobile number.
  2. Establish a password for your account.
  3. Upon successful registration, the applicant will receive a User ID and password.

Login & Application Process:

  1. Log in using the provided User ID and password to access the application form. 1. Fill in the complete application form.
  2. Upload the required documents, including a photograph, caste certificate, residential certificate, and land ownership proof, etc.
  3. Submit the application form.
