Details

This scheme provides financial assistance to Scheduled Tribe women who are livestock owners for the establishment of a goat unit. Priority is given to widows, deserted women, and handicapped women. The maximum subsidy available is Rs. 45,000 or 50% of the actual unit cost, whichever is less.
