The scheme provides assistance for the construction of Kachha, Semi Pucca, and Pucca Trellis Mandaps specifically for vegetable crops. It aims to support farmers in enhancing their agricultural productivity through proper infrastructure.

Benefits

  • - Unit Cost: ₹160,000per hectare
  • Financial assistance of 50% of the cost (up to ₹80,000per hectare) for general farmers
  • Financial assistance of 75% of the cost (up to ₹120,000per hectare) for SC/ST farmers
  • Financial assistance of 90% of the cost (up to ₹46,800per hectare) for Devipoojak farmers
  • Provision of wood/bamboo supports (1,600 units per hectare) and GI wire (12-18 gauge, 400 kg per hectare) or plastic wire for Kachha Trellis Mandap
  • Recommended spacing of 2.50 x 2.50 meters (approx.)
  • The scheme is available for a duration of three years
  • Maximum limit of 2.00 hectares per Khata
