The scheme provides financial assistance for the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic crops. Farmers can receive assistance of Rs. 11,250 per hectare or 75% of the total expenditure, whichever is less. The assistance is applicable for areas ranging from 0.20 hectares to 4 hectares.

All farmers across the state are eligible to apply for this scheme. There are no income limits for individuals or families.
