The scheme provides financial assistance for the expansion of vegetable crops through hybrid seeds. The unit cost is set at Rs. 50,000 per hectare, with the assistance amounting to 40% of the unit cost or a maximum of Rs. 20,000 per hectare, whichever is lower. Additionally, the scheme promotes natural farming in vegetable crops, offering a maximum assistance of Rs. 20,000 per hectare.
