The APJ Abdul Kalam Personality Development Programme aims to enhance the personality development of students by providing them with a 10-day introductory tour to other states. This program is designed for meritorious students studying in government schools under the Secondary Education Department of Rajasthan, who excel in various cultural competitions. The objectives of the scheme include fostering personality development through exposure to different cultural, historical, natural, scientific, and heritage aspects of the country, as well as connecting students to community life and providing practical knowledge beyond academic learning. The selection of beneficiaries will be based on academic achievements and performance in personality development competitions, with a total of 2070 meritorious students expected to benefit from the program.

Students from government schools in Rajasthan who have excelled in academic achievements and personality development competitions. Specifically, the top 20 students from the 8th and 10th-grade board exams and those selected through various events.
