The Annal Gandhi Memorial Award is designed to recognize and reward outstanding academic performance among students from the Hindu Adi Dravidar community. Specifically, the award is given to one boy and one girl who secure the first rank in each district in the plus 2 Public Examinations. The award consists of a monetary prize of Rs. 2,000 in the first year, followed by Rs. 1,500 per annum for the succeeding five years.
