- Candidates selected for Ph.D. will have to submit certificate regarding attendance as prescribed by University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Every year a progress report of the research work done by the student will be submitted to the department and after completion of the research work a copy will be made available to the department also.
- In case the amount received as fellowship is misused by the student, the amount paid along with 10% interest will be recovered from the concerned student. The student will have to submit an undertaking to this effect on a non-judicial stamp of ₹100/-.
