Details
According to the provisions of Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996, Rules 158(1) and 158(2), residential plots are allocated to families from weaker sections in rural areas by Gram Panchayats. Below Poverty Line (BPL) families receive plots free of charge, while other eligible families are allocated plots at subsidized rates.

Eligibility
Families from weaker sections in rural areas with an annual income not exceeding ₹20,000, who are permanent residents of the village and do not own a home. Eligible categories include:
- Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) families
- Scavenger families
- Families from backward classes
- Landless families based on labor
- Gadia Lohar and nomadic tribes
- Families affected by floods whose homes have been washed away or rendered uninhabitable due to floods.
