- Proposals for research paper presentations in various science-based disciplines are invited through advertisements on the Council’s official website, https://www.ucost.in, and other social media platforms. - The received proposals are screened, and selected entries are invited for presentation, which are then evaluated by subject experts. Based on the evaluation results, outstanding researchers in different disciplines are awarded with the Young Scientist Award.
