Details

This scheme has been implemented to increase the employability of hereditary artisans and skilled artisans through skill upgradation in coordination with reputed institutions. The training is designed to meet modern market demands, and in consultation with the training cell and training partners, trainees receive training to enhance their supplementary employment opportunities. Upon completion of the training, artisans are provided with modern tools suitable for their trade.

Registered clay idol makers, self-employed and unorganised labourers engaged in akek/stone/construction activities, skilled small karigars.
