Prime Minister's Award for Yoga

The Prime Minister’s Award for Yoga under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, aims to recognize and felicitate individuals and organizations that have made a significant and sustained contribution to the promotion and development of Yoga, creating a positive impact on society.
Number of Awardees:

• 2 Awards for Individuals (National/International)
• 2 Awards for Organizations/Institutions (National/International)

The winners will be felicitated by means of a Trophy, Certificate and a Cash Award. The value of each Cash Award would be ₹ 25 lakh.

1. The applicant should have rich experience and a deep understanding of Yoga.
2. The applicant (individual category) must be at least 30 years of age.
3. The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of service with an excellent track record in promoting and developing Yoga.

Note: The applicant can apply or be nominated for only one category (Individual or Institutional) in a particular year.

Step 1: Visit the official website and click on the Registration button.
Step 2: Select your category: Individual or Organization.
Step 3: Fill in the required details:
Individual: Name, Date of Birth, Nominator Type, Mobile, Email, Aadhaar Number.
Organization: Type, Authorized Person Name, Date of Birth, Organization Description, Designation, Mobile, Email, Aadhaar Number.
Step 4: Click Submit to complete registration.
Apply:
Step 1: Log in to the portal using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Select the scheme from the list of awards and click "Nominate / Apply Now".
Step 3: Fill in all mandatory fields in the online application form.
Step 4: Click Submit to complete your application.
