Registration Process
Visit the Official Website:
Go to https://samast.mponline.gov.in/portal/
Create Your Profile:Click on “Create Profile.”- Fill in the required basic details such as Name, Mobile Number, Gender, Email ID, Date of Birth, etc.
Click on “Next.”
Verify Basic Details:
- Re-enter your Date of Birth and Mobile Number.
- Enter the Captcha Code and click on “Profile Banaye.”
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your profile.
Complete Aadhaar e-KYC:
- Enter your Aadhaar Number, Registered Mobile Number, and Captcha Code.
- Click on “Send OTP” and verify using the Aadhaar OTP to complete the e-KYC process.
Application Fill Process
Fill Application Form:
- Select the "Scheme Name"
- Enter your Samagra ID, Mobile Number, Address, and Business/Personal Details.
- Upload the required documents.
- Click on “Save & Next.”
Pay Application Fee:
- Proceed to Online Payment and complete the fee payment securely.
Submit & Print:
- After successful submission, note down your Application ID.
- Download and print the Application Form for future reference.

Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the banks, district nodal officers, or dairy cooperatives office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the banks, district nodal officers, or dairy cooperatives office.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the banks, district nodal officers, or dairy cooperatives office to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
