Eligibility
- The bride's mother must belong to a Scheduled Caste community.
- Financial help is available for the marriage of up to two daughters in a family.
- The bride must be at least 18 years old on the date of marriage.
- This assistance is only for the first marriage of each daughter.
- Your family's monthly income cannot be more than ₹2,000/-. (Verified by the Tehsildar).
- Applicant must have lived in Chandigarh for at least 3 years.
- If both the bride's parents are deceased, her legal guardian can apply for this help.
