Details

The scheme-component "AYUSH for Sports Medicine" under the "Ayurswasthya Yojana" by the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, aims to provide AYUSH-based treatment and rehabilitation services to sports persons. AYUSH Sports medicine is a unique concept where, the treatment will be provided on sports injuries and promote the health and fitness of sports persons through AYUSH intervention. Fit India Movement is a nation-wide movement in India to encourage people to remain healthy and fit by including physical activities and sports in their daily lives.

Benefits

  • Financial Assistance:
  • Maximum grant of ₹1,00,00,000/- for one project for 18 months
  • The funds will be released in two installments of 60% and 40% of the total amount sanctioned. The second installment will be released after receiving expenditure of at least 75% of the released amount and after acceptance of UC thereof

Eligibility

  • The AYUSH teaching Institutions and AYUSH hospitals can apply for the scheme.
  • The Institutions/ Organisations should be having collaboration with only recognized National and International sports bodies such as the Sports Authority of India, All India Football Federation, Indian Olympic Association, The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), International Cricket Council (ICC), etc.

Registration Process:

Step 1: Visit the Ayush NGO Portal.
Step 2: Fill in all the mandatory details and upload the relevant documents.
Step 3: Verify the captcha and click on "Register". If required, click "Cancel" to discard changes.

Login Process:

Step 1: Visit the Ayush NGO Portal.
Step 2: Enter the registered email id, password.
Step 3: Type the captcha and click on "Login".


Offline

  • Eligible organizations should apply in the prescribed format (Annexure- A) along with a detailed proposal (two copies) to:

Director (Schemes),

Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy,

AYUSH Bhawan, B-Block, GPO Complex, INA, New Delhi - 110023.
